Returns and Exchanges

Defective or damaged merchandise can be returned by contacting Maggie Curran at 612.372.3738. There are no returns in the City Pages store unless in the case of defective or damaged merchandise.

Shipping

There is a flat fee of $3 on all items shipped from City Pages store. All items will be processed within 2 business days. To calculate estimated delivery date add processing time to transit time. For example, an item that's processed in 2 business days and shipped using Standard shipping (1-5 business days) will arrive in 3-7 business days.

I'ts been a few days and I haven't received my order yet?

If you placed your order a few days ago, give it a few more. If you had your order sent to your office or work, ask around at the front desk - it could have been delivered to someone else. Now if you still can't find your package or it's been more than a week since it shipped, then send us an email as it might have been returned to us as undeliverable, or lost in the mail. We'll be happy to take care of it!
